Step into a role where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can have a significant impact in educational environments. We're searching for two dedicated BCBAs to provide on-site, full-time support across select regions within a district near North Richland Hills, TX, for the school year beginning August 2026 and ending May 2027.
Your primary focus will be to assist School Psychologists with evaluative support, data collection, and behavioral consultations, enhancing Full Individual and Initial Evaluations (FIIE). You’ll administer specialized assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS, conduct direct observations, and complete Functional Behavior Assessments to identify students’ skill deficits. This role is itinerant, with the opportunity to collaborate and travel among several schools, making a direct difference in students’ educational journeys.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TX BCBA license (required)
- Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred
- Solid background with assessment tools: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS
- Ability to provide skillful behavioral consultations and evaluative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills for itinerant work
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with School Psychologists (LSSPs) in evaluation and data collection
- Perform behavioral consultations and functional assessments
- Administer and interpret a range of specialized educational and behavioral assessments
- Provide actionable recommendations based on findings
- Travel to various schools within the district as assigned
