Job Opportunity: Child Psychiatrist

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric care within the PHP and IOP settings.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage medication regimens.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Support patient stability and recovery through effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not account for variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
