Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Oklahoma license as a School Psychologist or Psychometrist
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
• Comfort with technology for both in-person and virtual service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Analyze and interpret assessment data to determine student needs
• Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create positive learning environments
• Provide consultative support to teachers and families
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
