Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Oklahoma license as a School Psychologist or Psychometrist
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
- Comfort with technology for both in-person and virtual service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to determine student needs
- Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create positive learning environments
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
