Speech Language Pathologist in Mount Vernon, TX

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with K-12 students in schools (preferred)
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication with students, families, and educators
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for empowering diverse learners

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy (individual and small groups)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Keep accurate records of assessments, progress, and services provided
• Consult with teachers and staff to support students across classroom settings
• Engage and educate families regarding student progress and home strategies
