Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred

• Ability to follow teacher direction and school policies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students individually or in small groups
• Assist teachers with the preparation of classroom materials and activities
• Promote positive behaviors and support classroom management
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students with special needs
• Supervise students in the classroom, playground, and during transitions
• Offer encouragement and guidance, fostering students’ social and academic development
• Maintain records of student progress and communicate observations to teachers and staff
