Advance your expertise in behavior analysis while making a meaningful difference in educational settings. This contract opportunity invites dedicated professionals to support Autism and Early Years Programs near Newark, DE (on-site only) for the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, providing essential support to students with moderate to severe cognitive needs across program sites serving both young learners and those on the autism spectrum.

Key Qualifications:

  • BCBA role: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required; school-based experience preferred. Please be prepared to provide certification verification.
  • Behavior Specialist role: Delaware PARA Permit required. Degree in a related field and experience working within ABA programs expected—ideal for those progressing between RBT and BCBA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior support strategies and a proven history supporting school-age populations are highly valued.
  • Exceptional teamwork, professional communication skills, and a commitment to collaborative, student-centered support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments and best practices.
  • Collaborate flexibly with educators, related service providers, and families to maximize positive outcomes.
  • Guide staff through training and modeling best behavioral interventions in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Support program development and positive school climate initiatives.
