Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold current BCBA certification.
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) within school settings is highly valued.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to design and review individualized behavioral intervention plans.
  • Well-versed in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and behavior analytic programming.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavioral interventions for students with a range of needs.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to promote progress and generalization of skills.
  • Provide ongoing training and consultation for school staff related to best practices in behavior analysis and data collection.
  • Regularly assess student progress, modify support strategies as necessary, and maintain detailed records of intervention outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ethical and professional standards.
