This full-time role, located near Edwards, CA, begins August 3rd and offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. You’ll have the chance to impact children across a variety of environments—schools, home health, and teletherapy—while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
- Demonstrated success working in school settings, home health, or healthcare facilities
- Teletherapy experience with K-12 students is highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability in handling changing caseloads and working environments
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Assess, develop, and track individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic tools and digital resources for effective interventions
- Support students across school-based, home health, and teletherapy platforms
