ProCare Therapy is seeking an Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based contract position with a local school district in Wilmington MA. Desired Qualifications:

-Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
-Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts.
-Familiarity with MA educational systems, practices, and special education services is highly desirable.
-Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload.
-Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs.
-Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to support student progress and IEP compliance.
-Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and timely reporting.
