Job Description

This on-site role offers a meaningful opportunity to support students in their learning journeys by serving as the essential in-person connection between students and their virtual teachers. You'll play an integral part in creating a positive, organized, and productive classroom environment.
In this contract position, you’ll focus on supporting students both academically and socially, making sure their day runs smoothly and they can fully engage in their virtual instruction. Facilitators are reliable leaders—supervising student behavior, troubleshooting minor technology issues, and helping students remain focused on their lessons. Your day may include guiding students from one classroom to another, floating between different campuses, or assisting with transitions while supporting classroom management and engagement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Paraprofessional or in a para-related educational support role
- Strong classroom management and student supervision abilities
- Comfort with basic technology and problem-solving minor tech issues
- Ability to adapt and move between multiple locations or classrooms as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for helping students succeed in a blended learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities and engagement of students during online lessons
- Provide a structured, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere
- Manage student behavior and support positive interactions
