Step into a pivotal role supporting student success as a contract School Psychologist for the 2026 academic year. In this assignment, you'll provide expert psychological services for a diverse student population while covering two maternity leaves. The position requires a strong commitment to collaboration and the ongoing development of evidence-based interventions that foster thriving learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver direct psychological support to students across varying needs
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEP goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Offer consultation to staff, families, and administrators to promote best practices and ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines
• Maintain meticulous student records and ensure timely communication among multidisciplinary teams
• Remain onsite and participate actively in school-based meetings, interventions, and programs

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for the state of Minnesota
• Demonstrated experience in IEP goal-setting and PBSP development, employing FBAs
• Strong ability to interpret and apply state and federal education statutes, regulations, and codes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork with educators and families
• Flexibility and collaborative spirit to address evolving caseload needs
• Availability to fulfill a 40-hour work week for the assignment period: August 31, 2026 to December 18, 2026
