Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based environments is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for eligibility/IEP development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory requirements
