• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state SLP license and ASHA certification (or CFY eligibility)
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote delivery models
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services for a diverse student caseload
• Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions as needed to address student needs
• Track goals, monitor outcomes, and adjust interventions to maximize student achievement
• Attend meetings and participate in school-based initiatives pertaining to speech-language services
