Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed (or eligible) as an SLP in the state of Minnesota
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation
- Experience with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate case records
- Provide consultative and support services to teachers and staff
- Track progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Foster an inclusive learning environment for all students
