This full-time position covers a maternity leave, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through October 27th, 2026. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Georgia
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with middle school students, is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the IEP process and ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions for students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and therapy effectiveness
  • Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and compliance processes
  • Provide consultation to teachers and staff to facilitate classroom accommodations and student integration
