• Types of cases and required procedures: General interventional cardiology

• Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges in 7 days

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Medhost
\n
• Certifications required: Board Certified (BC) Interventional Cardiology; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
\n
• Licensure required: Active FL license
\n
