Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist License in Texas (required)
- Experience with assessments and working with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Background in itinerant roles is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with counselors and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct 3-4 student evaluations per week, focusing solely on assessments
- Travel between assigned elementary schools within the district as part of the itinerant team
- Compile thorough assessment reports to guide student support strategies
- Coordinate findings with existing school counseling staff
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
