This full-time contract opportunity calls for a dedicated SLPA or Clinical Fellow interested in working with a diverse group of students, guided by district-provided supervision. With a manageable caseload of 39 students exhibiting mild to moderate needs, you’ll primarily focus on articulation and pragmatic skills within a close-knit campus community—no need for experience with assistive technology devices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Eligibility for SLPA or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
  • Strong interest in working with school-aged children
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Motivated to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students with goals targeting articulation and pragmatics
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, track student progress, and document outcomes
  • Work one-on-one and in small group settings, adjusting strategies to meet students’ unique needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on goal-setting and progress reviews
  • Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and faculty to ensure coordinated service delivery
  • Organize engaging therapy materials and activities to promote student participation and growth
