A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This role focuses on delivering virtual speech therapy sessions, supporting students with various communication disorders through telepractice methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments remotely to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.
  • Provide effective telespeech therapy sessions using secure and reliable video conferencing platforms.
  • Document and track student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, guidelines, and best practices for teletherapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience providing speech therapy in a school environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in delivering telespeech services and familiarity with telepractice technology.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage students effectively in a virtual setting.
