Job Description
Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic contract position supporting students and school psychologists in the growing Fort Worth region. This role is entirely onsite, with no virtual work permitted.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas BCBA license required
- Significant experience in school settings is highly preferred
- Proficiency with specialized assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
- Strong knowledge of data-driven behavioral consultation, direct observation, and Functional Behavior Assessments
- Ability to work independently while providing evaluation support and consultation to school psychology teams
- Willingness to complete Texas Education Agency fingerprint background clearance if not previously conducted for a district
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with school psychologists (LSSP) to enhance Full Individual and Initial Evaluations (FIIE)
- Provide evaluative and consultative behavioral support throughout multiple campuses within district regions (itinerant role)
- Administer and interpret a variety of specialized behavioral and skills assessments
- Collect and analyze data to craft actionable intervention plans
- Conduct direct student observations and Functional Behavior Assessments to support individual plans
- Contribute to a comprehensive, evidence-based approach in supporting student needs
