Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Tipton, IN

Seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite services in a school setting near Tipton, IN. This rewarding contract position is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking a part-time schedule, working three flexible days each week. In this role, you’ll partner with an SLPA and serve a caseload of approximately 55 students, delivering intervention, evaluations, and creative therapy solutions. Hours are 8:00am to 3:45pm, totaling 21.75 hours per week, giving you valuable work-life balance.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Indiana and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to share responsibilities with an SLPA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy for students with speech or language delays and disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain precise documentation for all sessions and comply with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed and help track student goals
• Offer guidance and mentorship to the SLPA as part of a shared caseload model
