Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Andover, MN

This assignment begins in late August 2026 and continues through early June 2027, offering regular weekday hours and a manageable Monday through Friday schedule. You will be based in Blaine, MN, collaborating with educators and support staff dedicated to helping every child succeed.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Active Minnesota SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Recent experience providing speech-language services in early childhood or school-based settings, preferably with ages 3-5
• Proficiency in designing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to an early childhood caseload
• Administer assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
