Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support middle and high school students through a rewarding contract opportunity near Northampton, MA. We are looking for two dynamic professionals who are passionate about promoting positive behavioral change in educational environments. This is a full-time role, though flexibility for part-time scheduling can be discussed based on your availability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience working in schools, particularly with middle or high school-aged students, is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple student caseloads
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and design individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and other service providers
  • Provide direct support to students as well as consultative guidance to teachers and staff
  • Deliver training and coaching on behavioral strategies and positive supports
  • Document interventions, progress, and communication in compliance with district guidelines
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary meetings and support IEP processes
