Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a highly-skilled school psychologist in the vibrant Saint Paul, MN area! This contract opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time, in-person or hybrid professionals who are passionate about fostering equity and supporting the mental health and academic success of students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Active Minnesota PELSB-issued school psychologist license
  • Dedication to inclusive, culturally responsive service delivery and equity
  • Proficiency in evidence-based school psychology practices (assessment, intervention, mental health)
  • National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligible (preferred)
  • Experience in consultation, problem-solving, and supporting MTSS frameworks (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and group facilitation abilities
  • Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention support
  • Solid collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse communities
  • Expertise in federal/state special education law and compliance
  • Prior success working in urban, multicultural educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services to K-12 students (excluding early childhood)
  • Conduct assessments, develop interventions, and provide mental health support
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
  • Support crisis intervention, prevention, and postvention efforts as needed
  • Provide consultation and training to staff within an MTSS environment
  • Contribute to compliance, documentation, and data-driven practices
