What you'll bring to the role:

• Active Minnesota School Psychologist license or certification (required)
• Direct experience participating in IEP goal development and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Familiarity with, and ability to interpret, state and federal education statutes, codes, rules, and regulations
• Collaborative approach to partnering with staff, families, and administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Core responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessment, counseling, and direct support to students
• Lead and consult on the creation and implementation of IEP goals and PBSPs utilizing FBAs
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student needs are met and compliance standards are upheld
• Support in the monitoring of student progress and recommend interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records aligned with district and legal requirements
