School-Based Physical Therapist - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting student growth and achievement as a licensed Physical Therapist. This contract role is based near Pottstown, PA, with on-site responsibilities every Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM during the academic year. You’ll play an essential part in helping students achieve their highest potential by providing direct services and tailored interventions according to their educational plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy services to students in alignment with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments of students’ physical development, mobility, and functional abilities
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans that address educational and developmental needs
• Accurately maintain documentation, including progress reports and required service records
• Work closely with teachers, related service providers, interdisciplinary teams, and families to coordinate care and support positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, active Physical Therapy license issued by the state of Pennsylvania
• Background in pediatric or school-based physical therapy is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
