Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Texas and CCC-SLP certification required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings of students to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct speech therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Serve as a resource to school teams, offering insights and strategies to support communication goals
- Attend IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development as needed
This onsite role offers professional growth, variety in your daily setting, and the chance to build lasting relationships with students and staff. You will interview with the Coordinator of Evaluations and work with a caseload of approximately 60 students, making your expertise invaluable.
