Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
• Preferred experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Strong foundation in conducting assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Ability to design and implement effective, evidence-based therapy interventions for elementary students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interaction with teachers, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders and create individualized plans to support their progress
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, adapting techniques to meet student needs
• Consult regularly with classroom teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each child
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and required reports in line with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a key member of the student support team
• Facilitate professional development for fellow educators about communication disorders as needed
