Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to provide critical vacation coverage. This role involves working in a community center pharmacy setting, supervising pharmacy technicians, and collaborating closely with healthcare providers.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Coverage Dates: Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14
- Location: Shasta Lake, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations within a community center
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Communicate and collaborate directly with center providers
- Utilize New Leaf pharmacy system (training provided if needed)
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Recent retail pharmacy experience is essential
- Active California pharmacist license required
- Strong ability to lead and work with pharmacy technical staff
- Adaptability to quickly learn and work within a new pharmacy software system
