Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Northampton, MA

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current and valid SLP license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in an educational environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language, voice, and fluency assessments
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into daily activities
• Communicate progress and strategies to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and legal guidelines
