The position welcomes both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY), providing a supportive environment as you gain hands-on experience with a diverse student caseload. You’ll collaborate closely with school teams and have access to guidance from administrative leadership to address dynamic speech needs.

Key qualifications and experience desired:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist—open to CFY and CCC-SLP credentials
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric healthcare, or teletherapy setting
  • Deep knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention for speech and language disorders in children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and remote services, when applicable
  • Collaborative approach to work with educational staff, families, and administration

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
  • Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each child’s needs
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic support
  • Document student progress and participate in meetings to review and refine plans
  • Stay current on best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
