Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine to join our newly expanding orthopedic service line. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a high-growth, physician-led musculoskeletal program with a focus on arthroscopy, joint preservation, and comprehensive sports care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Clinical & Surgical Care

  • \n

    Evaluate and manage a wide range of sports-related orthopedic conditions

  • \n
  • \n

    Perform arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgical procedures

  • \n
  • \n

    Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating operative and non-operative care

  • \n
  • \n

    Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on outcomes and return to activity

  • \n

Program Development & Growth

  • \n

    Contribute to the growth and development of the sports medicine service line

  • \n
  • \n

    Establish referral pathways and community relationships to build patient volume

  • \n
  • \n

    Participate in strategic planning for expansion of orthopedic services and ASC utilization

  • \n
\n

Collaboration & Care Coordination

  • \n

    Partner closely with primary care physicians and rehabilitation teams

  • \n
  • \n

    Coordinate pre- and post-operative care to optimize patient outcomes

  • \n
  • \n

    Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    MD or DO from an accredited institution

  • \n
  • \n

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • \n
  • \n

    Fellowship training in Sports Medicine required

  • \n
  • \n

    Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure

  • \n
  • \n

    Interest in program development and practice growth preferred

  • \n
