OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Our organization is looking for an Occupational Therapist I to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team located in Gainesville, FL. This is an entry-level clinical position where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions aimed at enhancing patients' independence, functionality, and overall quality of life.

In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy processes and goals.
• Document all activities in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
