A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Consumer Loan Specialist on to the team. This role supports mortgage operations by processing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has prior processing or administrative experience and a basic understanding of mortgage loans and documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in a processing or administrative role in the banking field
• Basic knowledge of mortgage loans and mortgage documentation
• Comfortable using PC and internet-based tools • Advanced Excel skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience using the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) system
• Prior customer service experience
• Familiarity with recasts, partial releases, and mortgage modifications
