School Speech Language Pathologist - Woodland Park, CO

This position serves a diverse caseload of 44 students, ranging from preschool through 6th grade as well as older transition students (ages 18–21), split across two welcoming school locations.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or passion for working with elementary and young adult transition populations is highly valued
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a varied school-based caseload
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with staff and families

Your Role:

• Full-time hours: 37.5–40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday
• School hours: Four days per week, 8:00am–4:00pm; one day per week, 7:15am–3:15pm
• Deliver evaluations, direct therapy, and intervention using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement IEPs, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate in IEP meetings
• Provide services at both assigned school locations
• Adapt supports to meet the unique needs of students from preschool through transition age groups
