We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Livermore, California. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive bilingual speech and language evaluations to assess students' communication needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide speech-language therapy services in English and Spanish based on student needs.
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and other speech-language goals.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and state requirements.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, interventions, and classroom strategies.
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families to support student progress and engagement.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Experience providing bilingual speech-language services in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
