Hiring Special Education Teacher
Location: Easton, MD
Contract Position
Bilingual Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time contract position within a supportive school district in Easton, Maryland. This role focuses on providing individualized instruction and academic support to elementary students with diverse learning needs while collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure student success.
Job Details:
Start Date: August 2026
Hours: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Caseload:
- Elementary school students
- Serve approximately 10–15 students at any given time
- Primary disability areas include:
- Other Health Impairment (OHI)
- Specific Learning Disabilities
- Autism
- Language Impairment
- Caseload is fluid throughout the school year
- Additional caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
Job Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification required
- Experience working with elementary students with a variety of disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Ability to provide individualized instruction and maintain accurate documentation
