Speech Language Pathologist in York, PA

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification
• Active PA teaching certification (required to submit with resume)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
• Ability to manage varied caseloads, including regular and special education students
• CFs considered (if agency covers supervision fee); SLPAs not accepted

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to identified students
• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to create IEP goals and implement interventions
• Conduct assessments and prepare evaluation reports
• Provide both direct therapy and case management/support for students
• Maintain accurate records, IEP documentation, and compliance standards
• Participate actively in team meetings and school functions
