Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold or in the process of obtaining ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain required state licensure for school-based practice
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy services
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to create effective treatment plans
  • Proficient with assessments, therapy planning, progress reporting, and IEP documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive evaluations and individualized speech-language therapy to students PreK–12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and intervention plans
  • Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions targeting a wide range of communication disorders
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in student support meetings and professional development as needed
