• Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in the shop and on the road.
• Oversee the repair and upkeep of equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
• Adapt to various temperature conditions while prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
