Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Kent, WA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within a school setting
- Strong understanding of teletherapy platforms and techniques a plus
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are encouraged to apply for appropriate roles
- Ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development activities
- Adapt intervention strategies to meet teletherapy and in-person program needs
