Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
  • Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collaborative approach with staff, students, and families
  • Must demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies to promote student development
  • Collect and record data on student progress and targeted behaviors
  • Work closely with educators, therapists, and administration to maintain an inclusive classroom environment
  • Foster positive relationships with students, helping them develop valuable social and behavioral skills
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute feedback to help shape behavior support plans
