Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and evidence-based interventions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Provide direct therapy services individually or in groups
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student growth
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
