Make a difference in the lives of young learners while expanding your career as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist! This contract position serves students in grades K-4 and offers a collaborative, supportive environment for the 2026-2027 school year.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of 68 students, including teacher record/case management for 27 students
  • Provide targeted therapy and intervention in a dedicated speech area
  • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student success
  • Work closely with an on-site SLPA and a network of 6 SLPs across the district for ongoing support
  • Address mild to moderate speech and language needs, tailoring strategies to each child
  • Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements for school-based therapy
  • Participate in school and district meetings as needed

Requirements & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-4 students is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Commitment to supporting children with mild to moderate needs
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication

  • Bell schedule: 7:30am–3:00pm, 37.5 hours/week
