Our organization, part of an integrated health system, is on the lookout for a committed Ob/Gyn to join our team in Jamestown, New York, providing care at UPMC Chautauqua. For over 128 years, UPMC Chautauqua has been at the forefront of advanced medical technology, offering a comprehensive range of services including diagnostics, acute care, cancer treatment, and rehabilitation.

Team Structure

Become part of a collaborative group consisting of six ObGyns, six advanced practice providers, and two dedicated Laborists.

Scope of Practice

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:

• General Ob/GYN duties with OB call
• Deliveries and prenatal care
• Gynecological services
• Dedicated OR block time

Collaborative Care Model

We have an integrated midwife program that promotes collaboration between physicians and midwives.

Technology and Facilities

Our team has access to the DaVinci Robot for performing minimally invasive gynecological procedures. The dedicated OR suite is located within a new, state-of-the-art facility on Labor & Delivery.

Clinical Volume

Join a flourishing obstetrical program with approximately 700 births annually, ensuring consistent clinical volume and robust team support.

Call Structure

We utilize a first-call system, supported by a designated backup provider to maintain balanced coverage and assistance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited ObGyn residency program
• American Board Eligible or Certified in ObGyn
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification

Minimum Salary Range: $390,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $406,666
