We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team in Tacoma, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to help students develop the skills they need to thrive both academically and independently while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.

Responsibilities
Evaluate students to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete required progress reports.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and strategies to improve student participation and independence.


Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Washington Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
NBCOT certification.
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
