Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar step-down/telemetry setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Excellent assessment, monitoring, and communication skills
• Adaptability and eagerness to work with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care to individuals with acute and complex medical needs in the PCU
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other nursing staff
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high safety standards
