Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving schools in the greater Hanover, PA region. Multiple contract opportunities are available for dedicated SLPs (CCC required) to work onsite with Early Intervention and K-12 students for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Openings include:
- Two full-time SLPs supporting North Eastern School District’s Conewango and Mt Wolf Elementary buildings, engaging with students in regular education and Autistic Support settings. Caseloads average 50-55 students, with some case management responsibilities.
- One Early Intervention Specialist role located in New Oxford/Gettysburg, working with children ages 3-5 with special education needs. This year-round position includes regular school breaks and set time for paperwork weekly.
- An additional SLP (or eligible CF) is sought for elementary services in York County, with schedule and exact site to be finalized.
Desired qualifications:
- Holds a valid PA Speech-Language Pathology Certificate and PA teaching certification (must be submitted with application)
- CCC-SLP credential required for most roles; Clinical Fellows considered with agency-provided supervision
- Experience in educational settings, particularly working with diverse or special needs student populations
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, compassionate therapy
Position responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services onsite
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and collaborate on IEP planning
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in case management and relevant school meetings as needed
