Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered or certified as an EP Tech (RCES or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an electrophysiology lab environment
- Competence in scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating during EP procedures
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, EP mapping systems, and device implantation
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with complex electrophysiology procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
- Operate and troubleshoot EP mapping and recording systems
- Maintain a sterile field, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Document procedural details and patient responses accurately
- Participate in patient assessment, education, and post-procedural care
