A unique opportunity is available for a clinical pharmacist to provide specialized emergency department care at a tribal clinic and hospital in Vail, Arizona. This role offers a true decentralized pharmacist experience, supporting emergency medicine providers during night shifts in a dynamic clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in the Emergency Department during night shifts
• Participate actively in medication management and emergency response initiatives
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Obtain and maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as part of credentialing requirements
• Utilize the RPMS electronic health record system to document and track patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist (Arizona pharmacist license not required due to tribal facility status)
• Clinical experience, preferably including hospital or residency training
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to work at a remote tribal healthcare facility and embrace a decentralized role
• Commitment to ongoing certification acquisition (BLS/ACLS/PALS)

Schedule and Location:

• Night shifts, 7 days on followed by 7 days off
• 10-hour shifts dedicated to emergency department coverage
